Selected
candidates are expected to report for training at the Academy (old site)
on Saturday, 16 August, 2008. Any candidate who fails to report latest
by Friday, 22 August 2008 will forfeit his place to the next candidate
on the reserve list. Candidates on reserve list are not to report to the
Academy unless they are invited.
All
selected candidates will be received on arrival at the Reception center
located at the Drill shed (old site). Candidates are required to take
along with them originals of their credentials to the Academy. They are
also to bring along the following
- Two pairs of white shorts
- Two
pairs of white canvas shoes
- Two
white shirts (long sleeves)
- Two
pairs of blue shorts and white round neck vests
- Three
white singlet
- Two
pairs of white sock
- Two
pairs of white trousers
- Two
white bed sheets and pillow cases for 8 springs bed
- One mosquito net (3 1/2 x
6ft) (treated) 10. One blanket-grey or ash colour
- One lounge suit (dark colours)
- One
belt (preferably black)
- Black
Polish, brushes, shaving kit, and toiletries
- One
hockey stick
- One
pair of football boots.
