The Delta State Judiciary will begin its Annual Vacation from Thursday 1st August 2024 to Thursday 25th September, 2024 after which the New Legal Year activities will commence. This information was disclosed in a Notice issued to this effect by The Chief Judge of Delta State, Hon. Justice Tessy Diai. According to the Vacation Notice, the Chief Judge in line with Order 45, Rule 4 (2) of the High Court of Delta State (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2009, approved the annual vacation.
