Delta concludes 2023 bursary payment with 30,116 beneficiaries
Delta State Government, says it has concluded the payment of the 2022/2023 bursary to 30,116 students of the state origin in Higher institutions across the country. A statement signed by the Executive Secretary, Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board, Dr. Godfrey Enita said over 30,000 students of Delta State origin from 195 tertiary institutions across Nigeria have received the Delta State Bursary Award for 2022/2023 session. Delta State Government, Tuesday, issued demolition notice to illegal occupiers of government lands, particularly Dennis Osadebay University lands in Asaba. The Chairman, Taskforce on Recovery of Government Lands, Chief Frank Omare, gave the demolition notice during an inspection of the affected lands in Asaba, the state capital.
