Ezechi condoles Aniche family over death of ex-council chair
The member representing the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, has expressed sadness over the death of a former Caretaker Committee Chairman of Ndokwa East Local Government, Hon Ikechukwu Aniche.
Hon Ezechi, during a condolence visit to the bereaved family at Ashaka, noted that the late Ikechukwu Aniche was a gentleman who endeared himself to many through his benevolence and strong character
The Federal Lawmaker, who served as Supervisory Councillor for Works under the Aniche administration, said he learnt a lot from the deceased, adding that the experience he gained working with the late Council boss helped to prepare him for leadership.
Hon Ezechi, who was accompanied by the State Commissioner for Primary Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibogwu, urged the bereaved family to take consoled by the life of selfless service the deceased lived, stressing the need for those he left behind to uphold his exemplary sterling qualities.
He prayed God to grant the soul of the departed eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
The highlight of the visit was the signing of the condolence register for the late Ikechukwu Aniche.
