Delta State Government has charged contractors in the state not to bid for any state government's project that they do not have the capacity to deliver. The Delta State Independent Electoral Commission DSIEC, Wednesday, debunked the alleged notice of election timetable and schedule of activities for the 2024 Local Government Council elections in the state.
