Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Saturday, said the state government was connecting rural communities with roads and other infrastructure to check rural-urban migration. Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has directed the State Ministry of Works to study and urgently effect repair works on the erosion plagued Umeh Road in Isoko South Local Government Area of the state.
