Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has commiserated with Ometan community in Okpe Local Government Area of the state on the death of seven indigenes of the community to a tanker fire accident on Friday morning. Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Friday, said that the state government was concerned about all round development of the state in line with his administration's MORE Agenda. Gov Oborevwori moves to deflood Warri Stadium
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Thursday, said the state government would soon award contract to deflood Warri Stadium and environs. Speaking during inspection of discharge channels at Ogbe-Ijoh market, Governor Oborevwori said all the drains around the stadium were not flowing because they were blocked by refuse. The Governor further frowned at those who built on waterways, adding that such buildings would be removed to allow free flow of water on the waterways.
