Com. Reuben Rume Yakubu Izeze was appointed Commissioner for Works (Highways and Urban Roads) and was sworn-in by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on August 22, 2023. He was born in Makurdi the Benue State capital to an Oginibo father and Olomu mother both of Ughelli-South Local Government Area of Delta State.
