Charles Oniyere Esq

Special Adviser to the Governor on Legislative Matters.

Born on 6th April, 1960, from Owevwe, Agbarha, Ughelli North LGA, Hon Charles Oniyere Esq completed his secondary education in 1979 at Ibru College, Agbarha Otor.

He proceeded to read Law at the University of Calabar from which he obtained his LL.B in 1984.

Called to the Nigeria Bar in 1985, he has been involved in active private legal practise, community development initiatives and political mobilisation.

In 2019, he was elected into the Delta State House of Assembly to represent Ughelli North Constituency I till the expiration of the tenure in 2023.
