DR ISAAC TOSAN WILKIE

Born in June 1963, from Deghele, Warri North LGA, Isaac Tosan Wilkie holds a National Certificate of Education, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Masters in Business Administration and a Doctorate degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution.

A fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, he has a track record in the private sector, from FG Spiropoulos to Nigeria Gas Company Ltd (a subsidiary of the NNPC), W.W. Whyte Ltd, Seatrucks Nigeria Ltd and his personal business ventures in oil, gas and maritime, Wiseteam Nigeria Ltd, STIS Nigeria Ltd and Samguy Venture.

A member of the Peoples Democratic Party since 1999, he was Vice Chairman of Warri North Local Government Council; PDP Chairman, Warri North; Chairman of the Forum of Delta State LGAs PDP Chairmen; member of the board of Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency as well as Executive Assistant to the Governor on the DSCTDA.
