HON OMOUN PEREKEBENA PEREZ

Born in 1972, from Agoloma, Patani LGA, Omoun holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a Bachelor of Laws and Masters in Law from the Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island.

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators, he is acknowledged for his private business as Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of five successful companies.

A highly acknowledged political player, he was appointed at different times as Special Assistant to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly; member, Delta State Council of Arts and Culture; Governing Council, Delta State Polytechnic, Oghara; Executive Assistant (Political), to the Governor; and elected Organising Secretary, Patani LGA PDP, later Chairman, Patani Local Government Council.
