TERRY ETAGHERURE

Commissioner, bureau for special duties

Born in 1973, from Oghareki, Ethiope West LGA, Etacherure holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Masters degrees in Public Administration as well as in Management and Entrepreneurship.

He was a Legislative Aide in the Delta State House of Assembly from 1999 to 2003; Personal Assistant to the Commissioner for Power and Energy from 2003 to 2007 and later Senior Administrative Officer, State Universal Basic Education Board.

In 2014, he emerged Councilor for Oghareki Ward 9 and was voted Deputy Leader of the Legislative Arm for two terms.
