Oborevwori salutes Esther Uduehi at 77
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated former Presidential Liasion Adviser, Dr Esther Uduehi, as she clocks 77 years. Uduehi, an illustrious Deltan from Obiaruku, Ukwuani Local Government Area of the state is an educationist, administrator, astute politician and retired Permanent Secretary. Dr Uduehi is Founder/President of League of Women Voters of Nigeria (NILOWV) and was appointed first female Council Chairman in Nigeria when she headed Orhionmwon Local Government Council from 1978 to 1980.
