Sheriff Oborevwori, Thursday, eulogised the Executive Director, Projects at the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Olorogun Taleb Tebite, describing him as a selfless leader who could discomfort himself to give to the needy.
