Novena University honours Oborevwori with doctorate degree
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa), in Public Policy and Strategy by Novena University, Ogume in recognition of his outstanding accomplishments in the governance of the state.
