A renowned Chief from Ebu Kingdom in Oshimili North Local Government Area, Mrs Shimite Love’s biography epitomizes continued accomplishments throughout Nigeria and other countries through which she has impacted the lives of millions.

An expert in Nano, Micro, Small, Medium and Macro Enterprise Development (NMSMMED); Philanthropist, Business Environment Policy Analyst, Human and Social Intervention Ambassador and seasoned politician, she is the Group President/CEO of Quintessential Group, a conglomerate of Non Governmental Organization, social business enterprise and limited liability companies in the agricultural, solid minerals and financial sector of the economy.

Prior to this, she served as CEO/MD and President of several companies in the media, travel, culinary and consultancy businesses.

Chief Mrs Shimite Love is reputed for her intricate knowledge of micro – finance, human capital development and management, job and wealth creation through innovations in agriculture and solid minerals value chain, utilizing grassroots women and youth entrepreneurs as drivers of the process.

Her contributions to the development of the nation and the state in the public service sector include as Technical Adviser to the Special Adviser to the President of Nigeria on Business Ethics and Values;

Executive Secretary Delta State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency; Focal Person Delta State National Social Safety Net Program/Social Investment Program;

Executive Assistant to the immediate past Delta State Governor on Export; and Coordinator, United Nations Industrial Development Organization Center.

She was an active member of the National Tour Operators of Nigeria (NATOP), National Association of Travel Agencies (NANTA), Federation of Tourism Association of Nigeria (FTAN) and Association of Nigerian Journalists in Entertainment and Tourism (ANJET).

Chief Mrs Shimite Love began working with grassroots women and youths in financial literacy, gender mainstreaming, financial inclusion in the areas of agriculture, solid minerals, ICT and agency banking.

She trained with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Small & Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), and other DFID intervention partners.

She is a member of Women in Public Management, Business and Administration (WIMBIZ); Rural Financing of Nigeria (RUFIN); Association of Non-Bank Micro-Finance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN) and Chartered institute of Commerce, among others.
